We process the following information about you

Customers and contacts

We process the information necessary to fulfill the contract with the customer, including managing the operation of the Ehuse cloud service. Thus, we process the following so-called ordinary personal data about customers and contacts, where personal data is received from the customers themselves or from various contacts within the customers:

  1. Company name
  2. Names of contact persons
  3. Addresses
  4. Phone numbers
  5. Emails
  6. VAT number
  7. Customer number
  8. Titles
  9. Complaints, including support cases
  10. Meeting notes
  11. Correspondence
  12. Bank information

Partners/suppliers and contacts within these

We process the following ordinary personal data about partners/suppliers and contacts within these, where personal data is received from the partners/suppliers themselves or from various contacts within these:

  1. The same contact information as for customers and contacts within these.
  2. Information about purchases and other inquiries between Ehuse and partners/suppliers regarding their contractual relationship and collaboration.

Visitors to our website

When you visit our website, we record which pages you have viewed and when, the browser you use, your IP address, and other cookie data. The information is used in connection with the operation of the website and for creating statistics, which can be used to improve the structure of our website. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

The purpose and legal basis for processing the above information are as follows:

Customers and contacts within these

Ongoing administration of information about customers, including potential and former customers, in relation to sales, optimization, development, delivery, and operation of the Ehuse cloud service, cf. Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding necessary processing to fulfill a contract and conclude contracts, as well as Article 6(1)(f) regarding legitimate interests, where Ehuse's legitimate interest is to serve its customers and receive deliveries from suppliers/partners.

Partners/suppliers and contacts within these

Ongoing administration of agreements and conclusion of agreements with partners/suppliers, including current and former partners/suppliers, cf. Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR regarding necessary processing to fulfill a contract and conclude contracts, as well as Article 6(1)(f) regarding legitimate interests, where Ehuse's legitimate interest is to receive deliveries from partners/suppliers.

Visitors to the website

Analysis/statistics and optimization of the website, cf. Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR regarding legitimate interests, where Ehuse's legitimate interest is to optimize the website.
 

Storage of Information

Customers/partners/suppliers and contacts: Personal data about these groups is deleted no later than 3 years after the end of the cooperation, based on the statute of limitations rules, unless there is a legitimate reason for longer storage, including ongoing disputes. However, accounting-relevant information is retained for 5 years plus the current fiscal year.

Visitors to our website: Data about your online behavior on our website is deleted when it is no longer relevant for its purpose, and as a general rule, no later than 26 months after collection.
 

Disclosure of Information

We disclose your personal data to:

  2. Our bank
  3. Our lawyer
  4. Our accountant

Furthermore, the information is disclosed to others where it is in accordance with rights and obligations under other legislation or where it is necessary to protect interests in connection with a specific dispute, etc.

We do not otherwise disclose personal data to third parties unless a court order exists.

In connection with the processing of personal data, we use the following categories of data processors, to whom we provide personal data:

  1. Cloud services such as CRM, invoicing system, and analysis tools
  2. Hosting
     

Transfer to Third Countries

Through our data processors, we transfer personal data to the USA, which is an unsafe third country. The transfer is based on the European Commission's standard provisions. You can find a list of these data processors and their transfer basis in our list of subcontractors.
 

Your Rights

If you wish to exercise the following rights, please contact us using the contact information listed at the top of the privacy policy.

We process and respond to your request as quickly as possible and no later than one month after receiving your request, unless the complexity and scope of the request make it impossible to respond within one month. In that case, the response time may be extended to a maximum of 3 months in total, in accordance with Article 12 of the GDPR.

Your rights are as follows:

Right to access (see personal data): You have the right to access the personal data we process about you, as well as a number of additional details. Access to this information must not infringe on the rights and freedoms of others.

Right to rectification (correction): You have the right to have incorrect personal data about yourself corrected.

Right to erasure of personal data: In certain cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of our general deletion occurs.

Right to restriction of processing: In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you have the right to have processing restricted, we may only process the information - apart from storage - with your consent or for the purpose of establishing, asserting, or defending legal claims, or to protect a person or important societal interests.

Right to data portability: When our processing of your personal data is based on consent or a contract and the processing is carried out automatically, you have the right to data portability. This right means that you have the right to receive the personal data we process about you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, which you have the right to transfer to another service provider.

Right to object: In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data. You can also object to the processing of your data for direct marketing.

Right to withdraw consent: If we base our processing on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal data in whole or in part at any time. Your withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing we have carried out until your withdrawal of consent. Therefore, if you revoke your consent, it will only take effect from that point in time.

If, in connection with your request to exercise your rights, reasonable doubt exists about your identity, we have the right to request additional information necessary to confirm your identity. In such cases, we will process and record this additional information about you for this purpose, and we will limit the scope of such data and our processing of it as much as possible.
