About Ehuse

Ehuse is a new and modern vacation rental concept.

At Ehuse, our goal is to make renting out your vacation home cheaper, easier, and more straightforward. The concept was created with the aim of challenging traditional rental companies—especially when it comes to costs and the quality of service and maintenance.

Ehuse offers a solution where both rental and management are integrated. This means that vacation home owners get a more comprehensive and efficient management of their property, without compromising on quality.

Personal contact is a central part of Ehuse. Great emphasis is placed on presence and availability—both for homeowners and guests. That’s why it’s always possible to get in touch, no matter the time of day.

As a renter, you can also feel at ease. If any issues arise in the property, help is always close at hand.

Many vacation homes are rented out full-time today, but keeping up with maintenance can be difficult. Over time, this can affect both the guest experience and the condition of the home. This is where Ehuse stands out by offering an all-inclusive solution, where maintenance is a natural part of the rental agreement. This can range from keeping the driveway free of weeds to cleaning gutters or repairing indoor damage.

The goal is for the vacation home to always look just as it does in the photos—so guests get the vacation experience they expect.

Ehuse is based at Nørregade 7 in Hvide Sande, where local knowledge is a major strength. The area is known and valued for its unique natural surroundings by the North Sea, and this is reflected in the company’s approach to both service and guest experiences.

You are always welcome to contact Ehuse to learn more about the possibilities.

Best regards

Ehuse

Questions and Answers

Here you'll find answers to the most common questions about prices, booking, terms and conditions, and using the accommodation.

What should I do if I arrive outside of business hours?

Drive up to the house and use our key box. And you check in via our system when you arrive.

What should I do when I check out?

Please return the key to the key box. Then come to the office to pay for utilities. If you haven't booked a final cleaning, you must clean the house yourself.

How do I pay for my stay?

If you book more than 60 days before arrival, payment is split into two installments: the first installment is due at the time of booking, and the second installment is due no later than 30 days before arrival. If the stay is booked less than 60 days before arrival, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

Can I cancel my stay?

Yes, you can cancel your stay, but a cancellation fee will be charged depending on how close to your arrival date you cancel. Cancellations must be made by email to Ehuse, including your order number and reason for cancellation.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?

No, we generally do not charge a security deposit. However, if any damage occurs to the house during your stay, you may be liable for compensation.

Is consumption included in the rental price?

No, consumption is generally not included in the rental price, unless it specifically states in the contract that there is free consumption.

How is consumption settled?

Consumption is settled upon departure in connection with key handover. When key handover is made, you will receive a consumption slip where the meter reading upon arrival is noted or must be read, and upon departure the final consumption is registered.

Do I also pay for heating before arrival?

Yes, some heating has been put on the house before arrival, so the accommodation is ready for use.

Can I charge an electric car at the holiday home?

Only if an approved charger is installed at the holiday home. It is therefore not permitted to simply charge the electric car unless the house is approved for it.
