Complaints and claims regarding your vacation rental

In the event of complaints or claims, these must be submitted while you are staying at the vacation rental and can only be made by phone or in person. Call +45 29119040

Any lack of cleaning or various defects in the house must be reported on the day of check-in and, preferably, documented with photos.

You are obligated to give Ehuse a reasonable amount of time to remedy any faults or defects—especially if it involves arranging for a contractor.

If you choose to leave the vacation home without first notifying Ehuse verbally and without giving us a reasonable period of time to respond to the complaint, Ehuse cannot be held liable for damages.

Picking up the key to the vacation home on the day of arrival

We place a high value on personal contact, which is why you pick up the key to your vacation home at our office at Nørregade 7 in Hvide Sande. You are welcome to check into your vacation home from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival; you will receive a keybox code via text message before arrival.

If you arrive outside of business hours, simply use the key box

On the utility usage form, which will be waiting for you in the vacation home, we have already filled in the arrival figures, so you only need to add the departure figures.

On the day of departure, please return the key to the key box. Settlement of utility charges and final cleaning must be handled at our office.

You must vacate the house by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Your vacation home must be tidied up, and you must remove trash and bottles. Final cleaning must also be done if you have not booked it. There is, of course, a vacuum cleaner in the house, but you must bring your own cleaning supplies, such as cloths and cleaning products, from home.
