Questions and Answers

Here you'll find answers to the most common questions about prices, booking, terms and conditions, and using the accommodation.

What should I do if I arrive outside of business hours?

Drive up to the house and use our key box. And you check in via our system when you arrive.

What should I do when I check out?

Please return the key to the key box. Then come to the office to pay for utilities. If you haven't booked a final cleaning, you must clean the house yourself.

How do I pay for my stay?

If you book more than 60 days before arrival, payment is split into two installments: the first installment is due at the time of booking, and the second installment is due no later than 30 days before arrival. If the stay is booked less than 60 days before arrival, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

Can I cancel my stay?

Yes, you can cancel your stay, but a cancellation fee will be charged depending on how close to your arrival date you cancel. Cancellations must be made by email to Ehuse, including your order number and reason for cancellation.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?

No, we generally do not charge a security deposit. However, if any damage occurs to the house during your stay, you may be liable for compensation.

Is consumption included in the rental price?

No, consumption is generally not included in the rental price, unless it specifically states in the contract that there is free consumption.

How is consumption settled?

Consumption is settled upon departure in connection with key handover. When key handover is made, you will receive a consumption slip where the meter reading upon arrival is noted or must be read, and upon departure the final consumption is registered.

Do I also pay for heating before arrival?

Yes, some heating has been put on the house before arrival, so the accommodation is ready for use.

Can I charge an electric car at the holiday home?
